Will I get enough nutrition and vitamins from this meal plan?

This is my meal plan, I’m not sure if it is healthy or not. I am a vegetarian and I do not eat fish, chicken or meat however I do include diary in my diet. I do not eat many green vegetables because many do not have much taste but if you know how I can make them taste nice please let me know in your answer. If I need to change something in my diet or you think something is extremely unhealthy then let me know what to change. I must have the Sanitarium Up & Go liquid breakfast as I do have very limited time in the morning. Well this is my meal plan:

Breakfast: Sanitarium Up & Go liquid breakfast
Morning Tea/Recess: 2 Mini Cadbury boost bars, Sunbeam Fruit bites – Mango, Mount Franklin 600ml Bottled water
Lunch: Honey and Jam sandwich
Afternoon Tea: Bread roll with Sanitarium Vegie Delights Traditional Soy Sausages Original with tomato sauce
Dinner: Grilled Cheese sandwich
Dessert: Ice cream with chocolate sprinkles.

Please help
& Thanks

P.S – I am male and 13 years old.

It seems as if you are using a lot of processed foods, and not nearly enough fruits and vegetables. I assume the liquid breakfast and the boost bars are vitamin/energy drinks? These may have vitamins, but the body better absorbs nutrients from actual foods(whole grains, vegetable, fruits, etc).

I would suggest balancing out your diet with more fresh foods, such as fruits, veg, whole grains, etc.

I disagree with vegetarianism, as much as i respect it, but it’s not the most nutritious diet.

You don’t have nearly enough fruits and vegetables in this. If you feel vegetables don’t have much taste then combine them with other things or just eat them anyway for the nutrients. I enjoy many vegetables raw or lightly steamed with a squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle of salt.
Do you plan on eating the exact same things every day? I think you will get tired of it soon. You also do rely a lot on processed foods-won’t that get expensive? There are many wonderful websites with ideas how to eat a balanced, varied vegetarian diet. For instance, it would be easy to prepare everything for a fruit smoothie in the evening and then just throw it all in the blender in the morning. In other words, I think it would benefit you to do a little more research and planning-I wish you luck.

This website, run by the Mayo Clinic, has a copy of the vegetarian food pyramid on it. If you use it to plan your diet you will be fine. Greens taste better if you mix them wtih other veggies.

Damn, son, you need to add some real food to your diet. My suggestion is to ask yourself how you can make a meal more nutritious. Let’s break it down for what it really is:

Breakfast: Looks okay but alternate with real food, like a banana taco (1 piece whole grain bread + natural peanut butter + some cinnamon all wrapped around 1 banana…yeah, that takes less than a minute to make, so your "limited time" thing is fine)
Morning Tea: Sugar, water, and processed fruit/sugar.
    Lunch: Sugar on bread.
Afternoon tea: Bread roll with processed junk
    Dinner: Fat on bread
Dessert: Fat and sugar with chocolate-flavored sugar

    See the problem here?

As for veggies tasting good, they’re called "seasonings," my friend. Many people also dip their veggies into hummus as a delicious and healthy snack. You can also dip some, like carrots and celery, into peanut butter. I also like how you have a lot of sugary, fruity things, but no actual fruit.

So, instead of relying on a bunch of, let’s face it, fat-and-sugar-laden processed bullsh*t, try eating real food. Feel free to try forming a new meal plan and emailing that to me so we can make you healthy!
