What do grapes give you, in terms of nutrition and vitamins?

1 cup (92g) of grapes provides you with 30% of manganese for the day, as well as the following daily percentages:
5% Vitamin C
5% Thiamin (Vitamin B1)
5% Potassium
5% Vitamin B6

I know it doesn’t seem like a lot, but grapes are an excellent source of your daily fruit intake. In the UK, the recommended fruit and veggie intake for one day is five servings; however, the US Cancer Society is now saying that nine servings of fruit and veggies is more accurate and better at combating disease and keeping good health.
