    I agree with the problems with synthetic vitamins.Now eating the food in this county is not the same as eating food from other countries they don’t have all the chemicals that we throw in our soil and we don’t rotate our crops enough.Eat some fruits and vegetables from say South America or some other countries that are more natural in growing their crops and you will see a huge difference in taste and nutrition.

    There are several factors in absorbing nutrients that arent fully understood. just like in lifting they may say take this with that because it helps boost their effectiveness. Same with nutrienients. That food had to have the ability to absorb and use the nutrients and when you eat it the same things that help it use say vit. c are going into you to help your body transport and utilize it. Synthetic vitamins become useless with prolonged use and studies say food absorbs more than synthetics

    Where did you obtain this study from. There is little reason why we need synthetic supplements when nature is full of nutrition. The supplement industry goes way back and has brainwashed the media to thinking we can simply strip nutrients from certain foods to make them taste better, then adding synthetic vitamins to make up for it.     You keep repeating yourself about natural being better and synthetics being worse, but never explain WHY. The one way you address it is to say that when taking vitamin supplements the body has to pull from the body’s resources to make it complete. Does this mean that taking vitamins will make you vitamin deficient vs. taking no vitamins? That makes no sense.
