    This is junk science, stop and think. These omega fatty acids are very unstable very susceptible to damage.
    Do some research on essential fatty acids, you’ll find that idea was refuted long ago but kept alive by the seed oil and vegetable oil industries. Fish oil is not for people this oil is unstable. The only safe fat is a saturated fat.

    As far as Omega 3 …
    As far as Omega 3 Fatty Acids there is:
    ALA, EPA and DHA

    The body can convert ALA to EPA and then into DHA, but they say it doesn’t do it easily.

    ALA is in seeds and nuts and leafy green veggies.

    EPA and DHA are actually only in fish because they get it from algae which actually make the fatty acids. So there’s some vegan supplements that have these oils sourced from algae.

    Try Deva Nutrition (Vegan Brand) they have DHA from algae.

    Right on brother. I have read that grass fed beef contains a much better fat profile than your typical grocery store beef. – Contains omega three fats. You are what you eat, and what you eat, eats.
