Proper nutrition(vitamins and minerals) for bodybuilders and athletes?
I already take whey protein.
But Im worried about the other stuff like Vitamins, minerals, iron, calcium etc… Im thining of getting some tablets from the pharmacy.
What are some suggestions?

You can get all the nutrients you need woithout having to spend a lot of money. I take a multi-vitamin/multi-mineral/multi-phtonutrient called Double X. It is relatively inexspensive and is endorsed by Asafa Powell, the fastest man in the world. This would be way better than anything from a pharmacy or grocery store.
