i hear conflicting things. supposedly if you use a top of the line juicer like the norwalk, it’ll keep a lot longer. i wonder if they can do a study to see how much you really lose. i try to drink it immediately though

I think you’re right–juice needs to be consumed very soon after it’s made, but I interpreted 1:31 to be talking about the vegetables in the fridge (for a couple of days), not the juice that one makes with the vegetables.
