    hmmm dunno about this. I chew gum on a regular everyday, you would think that would work my jaw and all that, and keep me from a double chin, i am skinny, but i notice i do have some fat under my chin… doubt those first 2 exercises she recommends help, as i chew gum every minute of the day.

    I have a flucuating weight problem. The only thing that really works for me (and probably you) is to eat only good food.
    No processed anything, Check labels for the word: “spice” (FDA made it so they can call MSG, artificial flaver, ect…”spice”) DON’T DRINK TAP WATER (lots of reasons) No sugar just RAW honey.
    Just cook for your self. keep it clean and simple. ..

    She said at least a few fruits a day & she put it first on her list ahead of everything else. I say have never more than one fruit per day and never drink fruit juices, even the no sugar added ones. Cut down sugar intake and never eat or drink anything accept water for at least 3 hours before bed… NO CHEATING and alcohol only for special occasions, max one evening a month for the whole duration of your weight-loss, for me it is usually 2 years if I need to lose 20-30 lbs.

    thanks for the advice, although i think it is also the position of the the jaw bone that can make a big difference. if one has a more naturally protuding chin it sorts out the double chin. try it in the mirror and you’ll see what i mean!
