New Diet water and vitamins is it OK or not?

I was going to go on this new diet, that I had made it consist of only drinking water and taking vitamins for my nutrition. I am not sure if it is going to work but I have tried it before and lost like 3lbs in one day. I was just wondering if I should go through it or will it screw with my health?
I am not seeing a doc for it.

thats a horrilbe diet why dont you just eat healthy?? It shouldnt be about losing a whole bunch of weight at once if you eat healthy youll also feel better

I water fasted for 21 days. People say it’s stupid but no one ever told me I was stupid for stuffing my face with ho hos. Don’t listen to anyone else what I’m telling you is true. Your body needs detoxed. You lost that weight because it was water weight and you will continue to lose that much until you start eating whole food. Don’t overdo it. When you reintroduce food back into your diet do it slowly saving the hard to digest foods for last (the meat and junk food) You will gain a little bit of the weight back after you reintroduce food but just make sure you exercise AFTER you get done fasting, not before because it’ll kill your blood sugar level and make you pass out. You’ll get feint, don’t try to over do it. I stayed on bedrest for a while and it was alright. Listen to your body, it’s the most important contributor to knowing what’s healthy. I think you should go for it, but just take it easy while doing so.

That’s basically fasting and fasting for long periods of time can be dangerous. It’s best to fast for at most two days at a time and then eat normally for five days.
