how can i get vitamins d e k and beta-karotene from daily nutrition?
Category: nutrition vitamins
for vitamin D, i feel milk leads the list, with 100 IU (international units) per cup. Also, margarine is fortified with 20 IU per teaspoon.
Vitamin E,could include foods like spinach and peanuts.
for vitamin k, one could have kale, spinach again and also broccoli.
foods that contain a high level of beta-carotene are carrots, pumpkins and sweet potatoes.
if you are still fussy about eating all these vegetables you could try having all kinds of fruits as they provide your body with almost all kinds of nutrients and vitamins in sufficient amounts.
have fun!!!and keep me informed.

D is from Dairy Products, E is from dark green leafy vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. K is alfalfa ( excellent as a substitute for lettuce in a sandwich, or just mixed in with your other salad greens.) Beta-Karotene is found in carrots and sweet potatoes. This is just a quick glance. There’s information all over like the library, web sites, and stores that deal with herbs. there’s a wealth of knowledge out there, just jump in!
