Anyone know of a nutrition dictionary which gives definitions of which vitamins are contained in which foods?

Eg apples contain vitamin x, y and z and sweet potato contains a, b, c etc.

There’s a book called Food Tables and Labelling by A E Bender and D A Bender. Not really a dictionary as such, it does make interesting reading and includes tables for most basic, fresh and processed foods. I bought a copy a few months ago when I wanted to study nutrition.

To get away from the faddy health and diet books I found the book under education, it’s used in nutrition or food sciences in schools and colleges.

You can get it on line from Amazon, Tesco and Waterstone if you want more information.
