How to Make Taking Vitamin Supplements Easy with Rose Cole
http://www.wellnesswithrose.com – Make your vitamin supplements EASY… never forget to take your vitamins again!
Vitamin supplements are one of the biggest leverage points for your health so it’s important to have a really simple system.
Tip #1: Write on the lid the directions about how to take your supplements and how often.
Tip #2: Lay out a cloth on your counter and lay out the piles of supplements as you need to take them.
Tip #3: Put each pile into a small bag for easy taking. Rose uses Easy Dose plastic bags from Rite-Aid. These bags have an easy-to-use strip to write directions onto.
Tip #4: Keep the bags in a little bowl and put the bowl on your counter so that the supplements are visible all of the time.
Hopefully this helps you remember to take your supplements more often!

as a nurse, Rose’s …
as a nurse, Rose’s understanding of complex integrated health issues is awe inspiring and impressive. She is more educated than my own endocrinologist. I wish I had listened to her a lot sooner! Her dedication and breath of knowledge is rarely found even with highly educated medical doctors. I had a very serious medical related endocrine disorder and Rose clearly listened more than all of my specialists, her ability to integrate and work with multiple disciplines makes her invaluable.

Good idea. If I can motivate myself to do this once a week, then I don’t have to sort them out each day (which, let’s face it, I won’t get around too). Thanks for the tip.

This is really …
This is really going to help me out… I’m kind of kicking myself that I haven’t already come up with some kind of system for this in my life because I’m a “big picture guy”… which is a nice way of saying “I’d forget my head if it wasn’t attached”, and I really need to become more consistent with my supplements.
Thanks Rose!
